Ingrédients (pr 5-6 personnes)
Mettre dans un saladier, les yaourts, le sucre, les œufs et mélanger.
Ajouter la farine, le sel, la levure puis mélanger.
Cette pâte n’a pas de temps de repos avant cuisson.
Déposer la pâte à pancake dans votre poêle chaude et huilée, cuire les pancakes de chaque côtés.
Servir chaud ou froid, avec un sirop de caramel ou d’érable et une noisette de beurre.
Les pancakes s’accompagnent très bien aussi avec de la confiture, miel, salade de fruits, chocolat…
