Ingrédients (pr 4-5 personnes)
100g de farine de sarrasin de la Ferme de Guichet
150g de farine blé
1 sachet de levure
3 œufs
1 càc de bicarbonate de sodium
75 ml d’huile d’olive
200ml de lait de la Ferme de Guichet
3 courgettes râpées
150g de féta
Ciboulette ou basilic frais ciselé
sel,poivre
Dans un saladier, mélanger les farines, la levure et le bicarbonate. Ajouter ensuite les œufs puis le lait et l’huile et bien mélanger.
Ajouter ensuite les courgettes râpées, la féta coupée en dés et les herbes finement ciselées. Puis assaisonner selon votre goût.
Verser dans les moules à muffins et enfournez 20 min dans un moule préchauffé à 200°C
